Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Ordering and payment

When you place an order we email you an invoice. There is no card payment on the site — the invoice is paid by bank transfer. The payment term is 7 days. We start fulfilling the order once the payment arrives, and we notify you separately.

If the invoice remains unpaid by the due date, we will contact you. We do not produce or ship unpaid orders.

Delivery

We ship products in stock within 1 to 2 business days and made-to-order products within 3 to 5 business days from the payment of the invoice. For a product with your own design we send the proof for approval within 1 to 2 business days after payment. The production time of 3 to 5 business days starts from the approval of the proof. For 20 or more items and for custom orders, production takes longer. We will agree the exact time by email. We ship within Estonia only: to an Omniva parcel machine or by courier to your address. You choose the delivery method at checkout.

Personalised products

We confirm the badge design (name, text, logo) with you by email before production. If the design needs changes, they are free of charge before production starts.

We use the logo you upload solely to produce your order. By ordering you confirm that you have the right to use that image.

Right of withdrawal and returns

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1. The seller is EMK Varahalduse OÜ, registry code 11106983, email info@charms.ee.

1.2. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the online shop within 14 days without giving a reason, except in the cases listed in section 2.

1.3. The withdrawal period starts on the day the consumer, or a person named by the consumer (other than the carrier), physically receives the cap. If one order contains several caps delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last cap.

1.4. The withdrawal is in time if the consumer sends the withdrawal statement before the 14-day period ends.

1.5. The right of withdrawal also applies to caps made to order from the options offered by the Seller (model, colour, a ready-made badge of the Seller, stud position chosen from the positions the Seller offers).

2. When there is no right of withdrawal

2.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to a cap or any other product made to the specifications of the consumer (Law of Obligations Act § 53 (4) 3). This means orders in which the consumer has supplied:

  • their own logo, image or design (including an uploaded file);
  • their own text, name or initials;
  • any other personal design the Seller does not normally offer.

2.2. For such orders the consumer is informed of the absence of the right of withdrawal on the product page and at checkout before payment, and it is noted in the order confirmation.

2.3. Section 2.1 does not limit the rights of the consumer if the cap is defective (e.g. a manufacturing fault, wrong model or colour, damage in transit). For a defective product the 2-year right to make a complaint applies.

3. How to withdraw

3.1. To withdraw from the contract, use the withdrawal function of the online shop, "Withdraw from contract", found in the page footer, on the contact page and at https://charms.ee/taganemine.php and also linked in the order confirmation email.

3.2. Enter your name, order number and the email address to which you want the confirmation sent, and confirm the withdrawal with a separate confirmation button.

3.3. We will email you without delay an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal statement. It contains the content of the statement and the date and time it was submitted.

3.4. You may also withdraw by any other unambiguous statement, for example by email to info@charms.ee or by using the model withdrawal form. The burden of proving the withdrawal lies with the consumer.

4. Returning the cap and costs

4.1. The consumer must send the cap back without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement, to (we will confirm the address to you by email).

4.2. The direct cost of returning the cap is borne by the consumer.

4.3. Please pack the cap carefully and send it unworn, clean, odour-free and undamaged (see section 6), in the original packaging where possible, so that it reaches the Seller intact. We recommend a trackable delivery method.

5. Refunds

5.1. The Seller refunds the price of the cap and the original delivery cost without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.

5.2. If the consumer chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard method offered by the Seller, the Seller refunds the delivery cost only up to the cost of the cheapest standard method.

5.3. The Seller may withhold the refund until the cap has been returned to the Seller or the consumer has supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

5.4. The refund is made using the same means of payment the consumer used, unless agreed otherwise with the consumer. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

6. Worn or damaged cap

6.1. On receiving the cap the consumer may handle and try it as they would be allowed to in a shop: look at it, touch it and briefly try it on to check the size, colour and quality.

6.2. If the cap is returned worn or otherwise used, the consumer is liable for the decrease in its value (Law of Obligations Act § 56² (4)). The Seller may reduce the refund by the amount of that decrease.

6.3. A decrease in value means in particular:

  • signs of wear (a stretched or misshapen sweatband, sweat stains, grease marks);
  • dirt, hair, make-up, odour (e.g. sweat, smoke, perfume);
  • damage (tears, stains, a damaged badge or stud);
  • removed labels or damaged original packaging, if this prevents the cap from being resold as new.

6.4. The Seller assesses the decrease in value reasonably, based on the extent of the damage. If the cap can no longer be sold as new because it has been worn, the decrease in value may be up to the full price of the cap.

6.5. The Seller documents the condition of the returned cap with photographs and informs the consumer of the amount of the decrease in value and its reason before making the refund.

Complaints

Report a defective product within 2 months of discovering the defect. We will repair or replace the product, or refund the money.
