A badge mount is a small reinforced opening in the cap panel. The back of the badge has a stud that you insert into the opening at an angle and twist into place. The stud sits inside the cap and holds the badge securely. A cap can have up to three mounts: two are included in the price, and the third is added at the price shown in the designer. Swapping a badge takes a couple of seconds and needs no tools.

You can choose from three positions: the left side, the front centre and the right side of the cap. You pick the positions right on the picture in the designer. If you order several badges, you can spread them across different positions as you like.

The snapback is 100% cotton twill. Trucker caps have cotton front panels and peak, with a breathable polyester mesh back that keeps your head cool in warm weather. You'll find more detailed information in the “Technical details” section of each product page.

Yes, by hand. Wash the cap in water up to 30 °C without bleach. Don't tumble dry it; let it air dry instead. Remove the badges before washing. They're waterproof and can be rinsed under running water. Machine washing isn't a good idea, as it ruins the shape of the peak.

All caps are one size with an adjustable snap closure. The snapback fits a head circumference of approx. 58–61 cm and the trucker approx. 57–60 cm. The kids' trucker is smaller and usually fits ages 3–8. The snap closure lets you make the cap bigger as your child grows.

They do, but they fit very tightly. The opening on an original Crocs charm is slightly narrow for our mount, so pushing it on takes some force. To remove it, slide something flat and stiff, such as a spoon handle, between the charm and the cap and carefully lever it off. The mount can take it. If you plan to swap often, our badges are easier: they go on and come off in a couple of seconds without tools.

A badge is an interchangeable piece that attaches to the mount on your cap. You can wear the same cap with different badges: one for one event or team, another for the next. Choose from our ready-made designs or create your own in the designer.

The badges are 3D printed from a durable, flexible plastic (TPU). The material won't break, crack or mind water, so the badge stands up to rain, snow and everyday wear. All badges are made in our workshop in Estonia.

The dome coating is a clear epoxy layer poured over the badge, giving the surface a domed, glass-like shine. It's an optional extra: the coating makes the badge stiffer and glossy. Without it, the surface stays smooth with a slight sheen and the badge stays flexible. You'll see the price of the dome coating when you order a badge and choose this option.

Yes. The badge is made of waterproof plastic and doesn't mind rain, snow or washing. It can be rinsed under running water. Cold won't harm it either: the material withstands sub-zero Estonian winters.

Your badge needs no special care. If it gets dirty, take it off the cap and rinse it under running water. For tougher dirt, mild soap and a soft brush will help. Let the badge dry before putting it back. Don't use solvents or acetone, as they may damage the colours. Clean a badge with a glossy dome coating the same way; the coating stands up well to washing.

Yes, it's our core product. Design your badge online: upload a logo or image, or type a name, then choose the shape, colours and finish. You'll see the result instantly in the preview. Before production, we redraw the final design as clean artwork and email it to you for approval. We only start making it once you've approved the design.

Ready-made badges are round and approx. 33 mm in diameter, the same size as Crocs charms. For a badge with your own design, you can choose a 45 or 50 mm diameter and one of several shapes in the designer. We also make other sizes to order; just write to us.

To attach: hold the mount from inside the cap with a finger, insert the badge's stud into the opening at an angle and twist the badge into place. To remove: push the badge towards the edge of the opening, lift it slightly and press the stud out from the inside. Swapping takes a couple of seconds and needs no tools.

We make our badges ourselves in Estonia, with a design you choose or your own. The rubber, acrylic and fluffy charms come from other makers. We choose them so that they fit our badge mounts and the holes in Crocs-style shoes. The charm range changes; you can see what's currently available on the product page.

There's a small chip inside the tag. When someone taps it with a phone, the profile you've set up opens: name, phone number and extra info. You set up the profile yourself the first time you use it and protect it with a PIN code. You can change or delete the data at any time later. The finder doesn't need an app, just an NFC-enabled phone. No personal data is stored on the chip, only your tag's web address.

They fit any hoodie or jacket with a hood drawstring or other cord up to approx. 8 mm in diameter. The drawstring threads through the charm from top to bottom, so you need nothing but the drawstring to fit it.

When you place the order we email you an invoice to pay by bank transfer. Once the payment arrives we send a confirmation and start making your order.

Every order is made in our workshop in Estonia. Making and dispatching usually takes 3–5 working days. For badges with your own design, the clock starts when you approve the design. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you can return a product bought online within 14 days of receiving it. The exception is personalised products: items with your name, text or logo are made to your order and cannot be resold, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. If a product is faulty, your rights to make a claim also apply to personalised products: we'll repair the product, replace it or refund your money.

We send your parcel to the parcel machine of your choice anywhere in Estonia. Delivery is free from 49.00 €. For smaller orders, you'll see the delivery price in your basket before you pay. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Yes. For team caps, client gifts and event badges, request a quote on our “For Business” page. Larger quantities qualify for a volume discount, and the design fee is spread across the whole order.

Yes. Every cap order comes with one ready-made badge, which you choose in your basket. If you'd like it to be a surprise gift, write in the order notes that no priced invoice should be put in the parcel. In that case, we'll send the invoice only to you by email.
